Hi, I’m Rachel!

I began my journey as a Physical Therapist in Israel, specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation and sports recovery. For years, I worked with people healing from injuries, chronic pain, and movement limitations, helping them regain strength and mobility. But along the way, I realized that true transformation goes beyond the physical—it starts from within.

I saw how mindset, emotions, and energy play a powerful role in healing. Some people were ready to take charge of their well-being, while others stayed stuck in their patterns, unable to break free. I knew I wanted to do more—not just help people recover, but truly empower them.

That’s when I discovered the power of INTUITION—a tool we all have, but few know how to use. Intuition is more than a gut feeling; it’s a deep connection to universal wisdom, guiding us toward clarity, healing, and personal growth. Through training and practice, I learned how to tap into this wisdom, and soon, I was coaching others to do the same.

Today, I combine intuitive coaching, energy reading, and body empowerment to help people find balance, strength, and alignment in their lives. My approach blends mind and body—because when we release mental and emotional blocks, we can move through life with more clarity, confidence, and physical vitality.

I now live in Parkland, Florida, with my husband and two children, embracing a life of purpose, movement, and holistic well-being. Whether I’m coaching, guiding, or creating a space for connection and nourishment (like my upcoming boutique coffee shop!), my mission is the same: to help people step into their full power—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
